Day 1: Arrival to Almaty

Day 2: Almaty City Tour
The tour starts with sightseeing in the central part of Almaty. You will know more about history and development of the southern capital of Kazakhstan and see its major attractions: Palace of President, Republic Square and Monument of Independence, and Astana Square, Abai Square and Palace of Republic.
Then the tour will continue in one of the oldest Almaty park – Panfilov Park, where you will see one of the unique wooden building in the world – Zenkov Cathedral and also visit the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, dedicated to the memory of the fighters who died for freedom and independence of the country.
After the tour will continue to Kok tobe hill.
Kok- Tobe hill where the tallest TV tower in the world is located (if to count from the sea level) and where you will get by the picturesque winding mountain road.You can scroll along the magnificent panorama of the city from the special observation deck and visit the shop To “The Beatles” (the only one in CIS countries), visit the shop of national souvenirs and many other interesting things.
Day 3: Mountains surrounding (Medeo & Shymbulak)
This tour provides you the best opportunity to see the beautiful mountain surroundings of Almaty city. The first stop of the tour awaits you in the “Medeo” Gorge, where in the wonderful mountains of Trans-Ili Alatau the largest high mountain skating rink in the world is located as well as the huge dam, protecting the city from destructive mudflows formed on the tops of the western Tien Shan. Next destination is Chimbulak ski resort, located at an altitude of 2230 meters above sea level. It is very popular for its mild climate, large quantity of sunny days and snow through the winter and remarkable scenery of mountain ranges. Chimbulak has its own special atmosphere. Here you can see the skiers who like ironed track as well as the snowboarders who prefer extreme downhills with breathtaking jumps and turns. On sunny days Chimbulak gathers together thousands of visitors. On chairlifts you can reach Talgar Pass (3163 meters above sea level). Only professional skiers climb here since the descent from the pass is too steep. Also alpinists start their climbing from this point. Only the stars are higher…
Day 4: Charyn Canyons
Charyn Canyon is located in the territory of the Charyn National Park which was laid out with the purpose to preserve natural and geological objects. The National park was founded on 23 February 2004. The Park territory is inhabited with a great number of rare and endangered animal species entered in the Red Book. This picturesque indigenous locality impresses with its heavenly landscapes The Canyon depth is 200m. The height of the bluff mountains of the Canyon reaches 150-300m. The Canyon itself represents a monument of nature formed with sedimentary rocks aged more then 12 million years. The landscapes are virtually miraculous there. Charyn Canyon is getting scarlet, pink and orange colors at sunset when the sun is disappearing behind the horizon.
– The tour continue to Satty village where you can see nomadic local people, local guest houses and you can try Kazakh food in the guest house.
Day 5: Kolsay lake tour
Kaindy means “full of Birch Trees”. Only 5 km away from the Lake you can find a manmade birch tree grove, that was planted a long time ago. It’s a very young lake that appeared only in the beginning of the last century as a result of the 1911 earthquake. The mudslide had blocked the gorge and flooded the fir trees. You have a great opportunity to spend day in the fairy tale.
Day 6: Chundzha Hot Springs Resort
Chundzha is a small town in South Kazakhstan which is the centre of Uygur area , Almaty region. It is located 243 km away from Almaty. Chundzha Hot Springs resorts are located less than 1 hour away from the centre. There are about 140 springs in this area with thermal mineral radon water which is very healing and helpful for many diseases. This place is famous for many CIS countries. The best season starts from the Autumn until the Spring.
Day 7: Shopping tour
Our tour will start in Green Bazaar, where it is impossible to refrain from shopping. It is the great chance to experience an atmosphere of the real Central Asian market, its colors, odors and crowds. There you can obtain famous Asian sweets and nuts but don’t forget to bargain… Just in 2 minutes walking from the Bazaar you can visit famous Almaty confectionary factory’s shops with the great range of national chocolate production.
Transfer to “Mega” Mall which is the biggest mall in the country. It presents various world brands and has very nice athmosphere to relax, make shopping and have fun.
Day 8: Departure from Almaty
Check out from the hotel, transfer to the airport.
