AIRPORT VIP LOUNGE - VIP GATE EXIT

Explanation of VIP Exit: When one reserves VIP Exit at the airport; one official airport staff will be waiting at the terminal entrance with a board showing the passenger’s name. If the aircraft is on a gate they will be met as they step off the plane - the person meeting them will also have a name board with their name on it. The guest will then be taken to the VIP lounge and will hand over documents to the escort so that the necessary immigration & customs procedures can be completed while the passenger is waiting in the VIP lounge. Once it is all done the passenger will be escorted to his car The guests' luggages are brought by porters to the waiting lounge separately without waiting.

The cost for the Airport VIP Service is 22000 Tenge. The rate includes the transfer from airport to hotel. If new model (2007 and above) or luxury car requested (Mercedes/BMW/Peugeot new models), this is charged extra US$ 100 plus.

We can arrange you a guide or translator, who will accompany you all day long to introduce you Almaty city and who will do translation for you during your meetings here. Daily rate for the Translator/guide: 22500 Tenge (app. US$150)   from 09:00 till 18:30.

We can provide you the car with driver on hourly or daily basis. Daily car with driver rental: US$ 315

Per hour basis car rent is: KZT 5110 (app.35 US$)
